Petaluma, Calif. — Core Brands, a subsidiary of Nortek, has named Joe Roberts products and marketing VP.
Prior to joining Core Brands, Roberts, a 20-year industry veteran, held executive-level, general management and senior marketing positions at companies including The Learning Company, Broderbund, Corel, eLanguage and others.
He replaces industry veteran Paul Starkey. “We are grateful for Paul’s dedicated service and wish him all the best in his future endeavors,” said Bill Pollock, president of Core Brands.
“We are pleased to add Joe’s significant experience in product strategy, marketing and business scaling to our team,” said Pollock. “His expertise in software, Cloud solutions and connecting product strategies to the company’s vision is a powerful fit for Core Brands, as we take our business to the next level in the coming quarters and years.”
Core Brands is a company within the technology solutions segment of Nortek and includes Aton, BlueBolt, Elan, Furman, Niles, Panamax, Proficient, SpeakerCraft, Sunfire and Xantech brands.
