Winston-Salem, N.C. – Nationwide Marketing Group is offering a new business management system for its over 3,500 independent CE, majap and home furnishings dealers.
The program, provided in partnership with Profit Systems, is designed to run all business operations including point-of-sale and inventory and customer relationship management for retailers with $1 million to $80 million in annual revenue.
The system also features a full accounting suite and real-time online dashboards, e-commerce functionality and tablet integration.
The latter is a recent initiative of Nationwide, which is making available to members pre-loaded tablets, or “Info-Pads,” that can provide sales associates with on-the-fly pricing, inventory and other product information as a tool to combat showrooming.
“We are really looking forward to this collaborate effort with Profit Systems,” said Frank Sandtner, member services VP for the $14 billion buying, marketing and services group. “As we increase our focus on the furniture and bedding categories, Profit Systems stood out as a vendor with solutions that meet our retailers’ needs”.
Added Profit Systems’ COO Shelley Parlin, “When you combine the forces of two companies whose sole purpose is to help retailers, great things will happen. I look forward to helping our mutual clients prosper in new ways”.
This TWICE webinar, hosted by senior editor Alan Wolf, will take a look at what may be the hottest CE products at retail that will be sold during the all-important fourth quarter. Top technologies, market strategies and industry trends will be discussed with industry analysts and executives.
