Los Angeles — Monster’s Noel Lee will receive a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Coalition of Asian Pacifics in Entertainment (CAPE) Foundation.
Lee, founder and head monster of monster, will be given the award at the Pre-Grammy Party presented by Verizon Wireless and hosted by MNET America, Planet LA Records and partners on Feb. 7 at East West Studios in Hollywood, Calif.
CAPE is the benefiting charity organization of the event.
“CAPE is proud to be the presenter of the Lifetime Achievement Award to Noel Lee, who is a visionary, innovator and role model to AAPI (Asian American and Pacific Islanders) artists on stage and behind the scenes. Mr. Lee embodies the mission of CAPE — to support leaders and artists in the creative community,” said CAPE executive director Jennifer Sanderson in a statement.
