Anaheim, Calif. – Jabra has joined the vendor matrix of the ProSource and PRO Group buying organizations.
The wireless audio solutions supplier has been designated as an approved authorized vendor for ProSource and has forged a direct partnership with PRO.
ProSource is the specialty A/V and custom installation division of the BrandSource buying group, and PRO Group, an acronym for the Progressive Retailers Organization, is ProSource’s large-dealer wing.
Earlier this year ProSource articulated a renewed focus on “new” audio products including high-end headphones, wireless speakers and premium soundbars, leading to the recent addition of premium headphone and Bluetooth speaker manufacturer Beacon Audio.
“PRO Group is extremely pleased to be partnering with Jabra to offer another premium brand of headphones and Bluetooth portable speakers that can also provide a comprehensive portfolio of hands-free devices for the telecom market,” said Dave Workman, executive director/COO of PRO Group and president/CEO of ProSource.
Added Jabra general manager Bruce Tripido, “In partnering with the PRO Group we are excited to widen the Jabra brand’s footprint in North America with this highly-respected group of [brick-and-mortar and online] retailers.”
Jabra’s expansive product catalog includes innovative headset and speakerphone solutions, as well as a recently-launched stereo line that includes Revo wireless and stereo headphones and Vox ear buds.
