Palo Alto, Calif. — Hewlett-Packard has inked a deal with software maker Piriform to make the professional version of CCleaner Professional an option for HP desktop computers.
The software helps optimize hard drives, and clean out malware and other unneeded files.
CCleaner carries a $25 add-on charge when chosen as an option on HP’s configure-to-order site.
