San Diego — Audio company House of Marley has brought on two new executives: Vince DiMella as sales director, lifestyle/ASR, and Jeff Baldwin as brand marketing manager, lifestyle.
DiMella will be responsible for leading the House of Marley’s sales efforts across the lifestyle channel with an emphasis on action sports (surf, skate, snow) and streetwear retailers. Prior to House of Marley, DiMella worked for such companies as Powder Design and Private Label.
Baldwin will be responsible for lifestyle brand marketing and strategic partnerships, event sponsorships and activation, category-specific creative direction and media planning, and overall brand content development. He will also be tasked with establishment and expansion of Team Marley, a pro athlete and influencer brand ambassador program.
Baldwin will also work closely with House of Marley’s lifestyle sales team to develop and support retail accounts worldwide, the company said.
He was previously with Transworld Media.
Both will report to Sam Vanderveer, senior VP and general manager.
