Hisense Unveils H6 Smart TVs, Pulse PRO STB

Suwannee, GA – Hisense USA introduced Thursday three H6 series Smart TVs, based on the TV powered by the Android 4.2.2 platform.

The company also revealed a new Pulse PRO set-top media streaming box.

 Slated to ship in the spring at prices to be announced, the Hisense H6 Smart TV models will be available in the 40-inch, 50-inch, and 55-inch screen sizes and will all be equipped with Marvell’s latest ARMADA 1500 Plus (88DE3108) HD Media processor.

The new sets all boast an EasyView natural user interface triggered by a simplified air mouse remote control (also supplied with the Pulse PRO box).

Both the sets and the Pulse PRO box come with the Hisense Social TV app and Hisense Cloud Services Hi-Media player and receiver.

The H6 sets feature a 120Hz refresh rate, and are compliant with Energy Star 6.0 specifications.

The sets are equipped with 1GB RAM and 8GBs ROM.

The air mouse remote comes with 30 keys, IQQI Smart Input and content centric voice search with a built-in microphone, Hisense said.

The Pulse PRO delivers the Smart functionality of the H6 TVs, including access to Netflix, Vudu HD Movies, Amazon Instant Video, Chrome, YouTube, Google Play, Google Voice Search, PrimeTime, Android-based TV v4 media streaming, a Marvell BG2-CT board with 1GB RAM and 4GB Flash, HDMI-In/Out, IR-In/Out, DLNA, WiFi, Ethernet, Bluetooth, USB and an air mouse remote with mic and motion sensing.
