Las Vegas — Hi-Fun USA will be at International CES next week to debut lines of Bluetooth accessories, portable speakers, iPhone and iPad add-ons, headphones and power cables from Italy-based design house Hi-Fun.

The company’s flagship product is the Hi-Call, a pair of knit winter gloves with a Bluetooth speaker and microphone sewn into the thumb and pinky of the left glove. To take or make a call, a user speaks into the thumb and listens through the pinky, without having to remove the glove.

Capacitive technology in the fingertips allows touchscreen use.

Battery time is 20 hours of conversation, standby time is one week and operating range is about 40 feet. The glove is rechargeable through an included MicroUSB cable. It is available in black or gray in men’s or women’s sizes and is compatible with all Bluetooth-enabled cellphones.

The company is also offering a line of touch-capacitive gloves in eight color combinations.

Also on display is Hi-Fun’s Hi-Hat and Hi-Head lines of knit stocking caps with removable stereo speakers and a cable with phone controls and microphone for hands-free calling.

Other products debuting at the show include Hi-Edo Bluetooth headsets, Hi-Freedom portable Bluetooth audio speakers, Hi-Cablelighting illuminated USB cables, Hi-Ring and Hi-Ringmini universal Bluetooth handsets for smartphones, Hi-Zip zipper-style ear buds, and Hi-String ear buds with a cable sheathed in shoelace fabric.

The company also has a variety of device cases and skins.

The Hi-Fun lines, being distributed in the United States by Bullboat USA, can be seen in booth 50014.
