The Fray To Appear At New Age Electronics CES Event

Carson, Calif. — The Fray, a Grammy-nominated and internationally acclaimed rock band, will entertain more than 500 New Age Electronics customers and guests during its 2014 International CES Gala in Las Vegas.

New Age Electronics is a division of Synnex Corporation.

The gala will also celebrate the close of its 25th year in business during the private concert.

The Fray achieved national success with their first single, “Over My Head (Cable Car),” which became a top 10 hit in the US. Their 2005 debut also featured the single, “How to Save a Life,” that went double-platinum and the band earned a 2010 Grammy nomination for their self-titled release.

They have made numerous television appearances, including “Late Show with David Letterman,” “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” “The Today Show,” “Good Morning America,” “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” and many more. The Fray’s fourth album, “Helios,” is set for release in January 2014.

“We are excited to reward our customers and friends for their loyalty to New Age Electronics with a private performance from The Fray,” said Fred Towns, president, New Age Electronics and Jack of All Games.

“Much like The Fray, New Age Electronics grew to its leading position in the consumer electronics industry through solid work and loyal customers who talked about the positive things we were doing for them. We are able to celebrate 25 years in business because of this longtime support of our customers, manufacturers and associates.”

Rounding out a North American focus on consumer electronics, Synnex Canada Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Synnex Corporation, will also be participating in all New Age Electronics’ 2014 International CES events.

New Age Electronics will announce its 2013 Retailer of the Year Award and other news, the distributor said.
