Indianapolis - The Custom Electronic Design and Installation Association (CEDIA) has selected Global Warranty Group (GWG) to provide extended service contract programs to its members and their customers.
GWG, which also develops OEM warranty programs for CE and white-goods vendors, said it will leverage its decade-long experience in developing and delivering innovative warranty solutions to help CEDIA members strengthen their product service offerings and boost customer loyalty.
“We are confident that GWG will deliver ‘best in class’ warranty programs to CEDIA members and their customers through our robust service and support network and facilities,” said president Charles Pipia. Those assets include a state-of-the-art call and customer support center, and a network of over 25,000 servicers providing in-home, carry-in, and depot repair service.
Added CEDIA COO Don Gilpin: “GWG provides the service solution that offers control, flexibility, and responsiveness to stay ahead of the ever changing technology curve. We look forward to having GWG facilitate this important component of our product and customer support model.”
GWG will exhibit at next month’s CEDIA Expo, here, in Booth 632.
This TWICE webinar, hosted by senior editor Alan Wolf, will take a look at what may be the hottest CE products at retail that will be sold during the all-important fourth quarter. Top technologies, market strategies and industry trends will be discussed with industry analysts and executives.
