Eagan, Minn. — Capitol, CE distributor of residential systems integrators, retailers and premium incentive resellers, reported that its tech-support team is now officially Wilson Electronics certified for its cellphone signal boosters.

In order to qualify for Wilson Electronics certification, Capitol’s technology specialists had to complete a rigorous training session that culminated in a formidable test on the advanced technologies behind Wilson’s extensive selection of signal-boosting solutions for a variety of cellphones and cellular devices, Capitol said.

In addition to ensuring a bulletproof knowledge of the company’s product line, Wilson Electronics certification gives Capitol’s tech-support team a special VIP  pass to skip to the front of the line when they have follow-up questions for Wilson’s in-house product specialists, the distributor stated.

Curt Hayes, president and chief financial officer of Capitol, commented, “We know that to offer the unshakable customer service to back up Wilson’s acclaimed line of cellular boosters, it was essential to bring our tech-support team up to speed on the ins and outs of what is shaping up to be a tremendous up-sell opportunity for custom installers, which is why we are excited to be able to showcase Wilson’s products and be involved with the debut of its new certification program.”

Available in plug-and-play kits as well as customizable configurations to suit any application, Wilson Electronics’ boosters pick up and amplify weak cellular signals, and also transmit a more powerful signal back to the tower.

Wilson’s signal boosters work transparently on the carrier networks and operate within the frequency ranges of all North American cellular service systems as well as networks in Central and South America, Europe and Asia. The company also offers a wide variety of signal boosters, antennas and other cellular accessories for interior and exterior mounting in buildings, motor vehicles and marine applications.
