Silver Spring, Md. — Appliance Builders Wholesalers (ABW) has relocated one of its three Washington, D.C.-area showrooms.
The company, which has been serving the consumer and builder, contractor, remodeler and designer channels since 1986, has moved its Silver Spring, Md., location to new and larger digs at 8951 Brookville Rd.
ABW president Juan Cariba said he was “thrilled” with the industry’s response to the new 14,000-square-foot facility — dubbed the “Taste of Luxury Appliance Showroom” — which confirmed the company’s large investment in the location.
ABW celebrated last week’s grand opening with a cocktail reception for 400 designers, architects, builders, distributors and manufacturers. The event was highlighted by cooking demonstrations by manufacturers including AGA, Bertazzoni, Dacor, GE, KitchenAid, Miele, Viking and Wolf.
This TWICE webinar, hosted by senior editor Alan Wolf, will take a look at what may be the hottest CE products at retail that will be sold during the all-important fourth quarter. Top technologies, market strategies and industry trends will be discussed with industry analysts and executives.
