Irvine, Calif. — AmTran Video, licensee of the JVC brand for larger-screen TVs, said Thursday it is giving away a JVC 47-inch SL47B-C BlackSapphire Razor-Edge E-LED LCD TV this month as part of a social-media product giveaway program.
The SL47B-C is distinguished by an ultra-thin-bezel design that makes the picture appear to almost float in the air, the company said.
The FullHD 1080p LCD TV comes with onboard Dolby Digital decoding and XinemaSound 3D audio.
The contest will run Aug. 1-31 (11:59 p.m. PCT). Contestant can enter to win by “liking” JVC TV USA’s Facebook page (Facebook.com/JVC.HDTV) or by visiting and following the company’s Twitter feed (Twitter.com/JVC_TV_USA).
It is open to anyone residing in the United States who is at least 18 years old. Only one entry per person is allowed for each giveaway.
Participants who click on the Facebook or Twitter links will be taken to an entry page that records their name, address, phone and email contact information.
The prize will be awarded to a randomly drawn entry, pulled from both Facebook fans and Twitter followers.
