New York – Dennis May, CEO of hhgregg, Todd Bradley, executive VP printing & personal systems for HP and John Shalam, founder & chairman of Voxx International, were honored by the Anti-Defamation League’s (ADL) National Consumer Technology during a dinner on Saturday evening at the Grand Hyatt hotel, here.

Top industry executives were there to salute May, who received the American Heritage award, Bradley, who received the Patricia Rienzi Legacy award and Shalam, who was presented with the Lifetime Achievement award.

The event, which raises funds for the ADL, also accepted donations of food, clothing and other items for the victims of Hurricane Sandy.

The evening was also memorable due to the appearance by Abraham H. Foxman, national director of the ADL, and a speech which outlined his family’s escape from Germany during World War II and the ongoing work the ADL does in fighting all forms of bigotry and defending democratic ideals and civil rights in the United States and worldwide.
