ORLANDO, FLA. — PlumChoice, an online provider of PC services, used RetailVision to debut its SafeLink Retail program. SafeLink Retail is a tech-support service that provides service through point-of-sale kiosks, and it is now available as a turnkey program, said the company.

Customers can reportedly purchase PlumChoice service cards at retailers — offered as one-time, per-minute and subscription plans — providing remote support and instruction for networking, software applications, PCs and laptops, printers, peripherals, MP3 players, digital cameras, PDAs and other devices.
