DXG Bows Low-Cost HD Camcorder

City of Industry, Calif. — DXG is shipping a new SD-card-based HD camcorder to dealers this month.
The DXG-569V offers a video resolution of 1,280 by 720/30 fps in the H.264 format.
It can snap 5-megapixel still images and features a 3-inch LCD, 2x digital zoom, 32MB of internal memory, self timer and white-balance adjustment.
The camcorder will bundle ArcSoft’s Total Media Extreme software and will be sold in silver or black for $169.
