Jasco Adds GE Brand VoIP Line

OKLAHOMA CITY, OKLA. — Jasco Products will begin shipping a new line of three GE btand VoIP headsets and adapters.
The in-ear stereo headset (model 26695, $19.99 suggested retail) includes changeable silicone cushions, a feature proven to cut background noise in half, the company said. The ear clip stereo headset (26693, $19.99) uses spring clips to secure cushioned headphones to the ear without a headband. Both headsets feature small, lightweight in-line microphones for live talking and recording, dual 3.5mm plugs and enhanced stereo sound for clear conversations and rich music playback, according to Jasco.
The GE headset adapter (26694, $9.99) allows consumers to convert a current telephone headset for use with VoIP computer programs.
GE VoIP products are designed to be compatible with leading chat and messaging programs, including Windows Live Messenger, Skype, Google Talk, AIM and Yahoo! Messenger.
"Consumers are increasingly using the Internet to talk with family, friends, and clients," says Cameron Trice, Jasco's marketing and product development senior VP. "Jasco's new line of GE VoIP products provides affordable, travel-friendly headsets and adapters for the more than 13 million VoIP subscribers in the United States."
The line wil ship in early March.
