Sanus Shipping Desktop Mounts

By Staff -- TWICE, 3/10/2008

ST. PAUL, MINN. — Sanus Systems is now shipping two new VisionMount desk mounts for medium flat-panel computer monitors and TVs.

The MD103 and MD115 mounts offer tilt, swivel, roll and extend motions and attach to a desk or other flat surface, such as a kitchen countertop.

Both mounts feature Sanus' Virtual Axis 3D technology for tilt, swivel and 180-degree roll.

With the full-motion MD115, users can extend the monitor up to 15 inches for optimal viewing. Both models can clamp to surfaces up to 3 inches thick or to a wide variety of desk wire-management hole patterns, Sanus said. The mounts also offer height adjustment and a cable management channel.

The MD103 and MD115s are the first in Sanus' line to offer a graphite finish. Extruded-aluminum pillar supports TVs and monitors up to 30 inches and 35 pounds.

The MD103 and MD115 are compliant with VESA 75, 100, 200 by 100 and 200 by 200 hole patterns. The MD103 lists for $129 and MD115 lists for $169.

"These new mounts quickly and easily improve the quality of any office space by getting the monitor out of the way and freeing up more usable desk space," said Keith Pribyl, consumer sales VP.
