Ingram Micro Signs With VaultStor

Costa Mesa, Calif. — Ingram Micro will be the first in the United States to distribute onsite backup and recovery products from VaultStor. Among the VaultStor products Ingram Micro will offer is the Disaster Recovery Vault, a network-attached storage device.

DDG Member Opens New Location

Austin, Texas — WAVE Electronics, the Southwest member of the Digital Delivery Group (DDG), has opened a new distribution center here. The new location features a 7,200-square-foot warehouse and is expected to improve service to the central Texas region with expedited shipping, will-call services, and a showroom facility that dealers can use to showcase technologies and products to their customers.

Capitol Sales Offers Technology Guide

St. Paul, Minn. — Capitol Sales Company has developed a 2008 Technology Guide which it said features "the latest business and technology trends to help installers grow their business." In other news, the company also recently expanded its selection of earphone and headphone offerings through a partnership with Sennheiser.

Electrograph Adds Products, Personnel

Hauppauge, N.Y. — Electrograph Systems has expanded its digital signage offerings with the recent addition of Symbicon's IconOne line of TFT LCD high-definition indoor and outdoor digital information displays to its line card.

Separately, the distributor also recently announced it is carrying JBL Professionals Control Series of loudspeakers.

In other news, the distributor recently appointed Maryjane Fanizzi as its operations VP. According to Electrograph, the role allows her to drive all aspects of business operations for the company's purchasing, warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation, customer service, technical service, safety and facilities management departments.

Fanizzi was previously operations VP at appliance importer/distributor Haier America. She has also served in senior-level roles for Li & Fung USA, Bed Bath & Beyond and Macy's East.
