DBL Calls Fall Expo 'A Success'

Scottsdale, Ariz. — DBL Distributing hosted its fall Vendor Exposition on Saturday, Oct. 13, at the Doubletree Hotel and Spa, here. According to the company, nearly 500 DBL employees and customers attended to view products displayed by its brand-name manufacturing partners. DBL also reported that this show had 30 percent more exhibitors than at the last expo.

TAG Offers Contractors Wire, Cable Products

Charlottesville, Va. — The Advantage Group (TAG) is now distributing the complete Contractors Wire and Cable product line. The manufacturer specializes in low-voltage cable for the professional installer market. Its products include CATV, CCTV, fire cable, home automation cable, security cable, speaker wire and more.

CTA Digital Partners With Petra

Brooklyn, N.Y. — CTA Digital, a manufacturer of iPod, gaming, TV and notebook computer accessories, announced it had signed a distribution deal with wholesale distributor Petra Industries. "We are very excited to form an alliance with such an extensive and innovative provider of consumer electronics accessories," said Bill Stewart, president and CEO of Petra, in a statement. "CTA offers Petra's customers quality products at reasonable prices, which allows our dealers stay competitive while remaining successful." For more information on the CTA product line or to order, visit www.petra.com. In other Petra news, the company said it will be open for extended holiday weekend hours through Saturday, Dec. 15. As a result, customers will be able to place orders on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. during this period.

Electrograph Carrying Philips' 3D Displays

Hauppauge, N.Y. — Electrograph is now distributing Philips' WOWvx 20-inch and 42-inch 3D commercial LCD displays throughout the United States. The distributor began providing resellers with the opportunity to become Certified Philips 3D Resellers during its Display Technology Experience show, held last month in Ford Lauderdale, Fla.
