JVC Adds High-End Portable Headphone

WAYNE, N.J. — JVC announced the addition of a new high-end model to its headphones line, the foldable over-the-ear HA-S900.
According to JVC, the HA-S900 offers high-quality sound reproduction through the use of a carbon compound diaphragm mated to a ported ring that controls the diaphragm's sound-pressure level, providing greater detail across a wide frequency range. Sound-insulating ear pads block out ambient sound while providing a comfortable fit, JVC said.
The cushioned ear pads fold flat, so they're easily packed, and a carrying case is included. Other features include a gold-plated iPhone-compatible plug and a 4-foot tangle-resistant cord.
The HA-S900 is available immediately at a suggested retail of $129.
