Vann's Plans Seventh Store

By Staff -- TWICE, 11/19/2007

MISSOULA, MONT. – Vann's, the Montana white- and brown-goods dealer, will open its seventh store in late spring 2008 in Helena.

The planned "lifestyle" store is the latest format in a series of remodels and new construction throughout the six-unit chain.

The Helena location will feature a live "performance kitchen," intended to mirror cooking shows. The fully-functional kitchen will include a full range of pro-style cooking products from Dacor, GE Monogram, Viking and Wolf, that will be used in live demonstrations. The new Vann's store will also incorporate vignettes of contemporary majaps to showcase home styling variations, the company said.

The Helena showroom will mark the third new location or store remodel for the company within the last five years. Plans also call for additional lifestyle retrofits at other current locations, including state-of-the-art listening rooms to support its audio business.

"Customer expectations facilitate our expansion," said George Manlove, CEO. "Our customers want a more interactive and personalized buying experience.
