By John Laposky -- TWICE, 9/6/2007 10:38:00 AM

Denver — Furman Sound, a division of Panamax, is showing here at CEDIA Expo two new series of power conditioners, the Reference i-Series and the Elite i-Series.

Panamax

The black steel and silver brushed-aluminum Reference i-Series units have been optimized with dual-screen technology providing 30 percent greater noise reduction over the original Reference series, the company said. It includes such technologies from the original series as discrete symmetrically balanced power, linear filtering technology and non-sacrificial surge suppression.

The Reference i-Series are now shipping with a suggested retail of $889 to $3,499. The original Reference products will still be available while supplies last.

Also redesigned from the original series are the new Elite i-Series conditioners that feature black steel contoured casing with clear blue LED lights. New 12-volt triggering adds remote control capabilities.

The Elite i-Series conditioners are now shipping for $379 to $1,099.
