SED Adds Orion/Sansui TV Lines

ATLANTA — said that A/V distributor SED International, based here, has signed on to carry its Sansui-branded line of LCD, plasma and CRT televisions.
The Sansui-branded television line includes an assortment of step-up features including dual HDMI and PC inputs, "and the latest generation panels," the company said.
Support programs include a nationwide network of authorized service centers and toll-free customer service assistance.
"Sansui is excited to add SED as a distribution partner because of SED's focus on continued growth in distribution of consumer electronics products," said Makoto Katsuki, national sales manager for Orion America.
SED will carry the full assortment of Sansui HDTV products, with initial models including 26-inch and 32-inch LCD TVs with and without built-in DVD players, and a 50-inch plasma TV with high-end features. Sansui CRT TV products will also be available through SED.
SED distributes computer hardware, consumer electronics and wireless communications products to channel partners throughout the United States and Latin America.
SED International is headquartered in Atlanta with additional sales offices and distribution centers in Dallas; Miami and Tampa, Fla.; City of Industry, Calif.; Buenos Aires, Argentina; and Bogota, Columbia.
