8x8 Adds To Virtual Office

SANTA CLARA, CALIF. — VoIP provider 8x8 continued to build out the capabilities of its Virtual Office small-business telephony solution with the addition of an audio production store and professional installation.
The service, developed in partnership with message-on-hold provider Holdcom, lets Virtual Office users purchase voice prompts, voicemail greetings, and on-hold messages in multiple languages and dialects.
The company will also offer VO customers professional installation and on-site technical support in select markets through a partnership with broadband installer CSI.
