Blitzsafe Files Complaint Against Best Buy

ENGLEWOOD, N.J. — Blitzsafe filed a complaint against Best Buy for non-payment for goods delivered more than a year ago. Filed in the Superior Court of New Jersey the case cites breach of contract, fraud and seeks $440,834.21 in compensation plus interest and damages. Best Buy said it does not comment on pending legal cases.
