Kunihiko Sato, senior managing director, will assume the duties of president and representative director of Victor Company of Japan (JVC) on June 27, subject to the approval of the company's board at the annual meeting that day. He replaces Masahiko Terada, who will assume the post of special senior corporate advisor ... Alan Stoddard, ex-Nortel, named AMX sales VP for commercial and residential sales, and Chris Westfall named AMX residential sales' national director … John Miller, an audio veteran with Definitive Technology, Legacy Audio and Klipsch, joins Velodyne Acoustics as eastern regional sales manager ... Greg Davis, most recently with Directed Electronics, joins Kenwood USA's car electronics division as Midwest regional sales manager ... Vince Tan, Russound's IT director, named chief information officer.
