Mobile Edge Adds Mini Bag

ANAHEIM, CALIF. — The newest addition to Mobile Edge's line of consumer electronics bags is aimed at the growing base of multiple-device owning users of smaller notebooks, tablet PCs and portable DVD players.

The mini messenger is a compact case made of ballistic nylon with two padded Nylex-lined main compartments. It has individual inside pockets for cables, an iPod or MP3 player, PDA, a water bottle and lunch or a book.

On the exterior, it has a quick access cellphone pocket and an iPod/media pocket with a pass-through for a headphone cable. The black bag comes with an adjustable shoulder strap and is available in four accent colors: orange, silver, pink and Dr. Pepper.

The mini messenger measures 12 inches by 13 inches by 5 inches and weighs 1.7 lbs. It can hold a notebook with a screen size up to 14.1 inches. Suggested retail is $49.99.
