HP Ties Cameras In Closer With Snapfish

By Staff -- TWICE, 1/29/2007

LAS VEGAS — New software from HP will automatically upload digital images to its online subsidiary Snapfish, the company said at International CES.

Once loaded onto a PC, the new Snapfish PictureMover desktop software will automatically transfer images from any connected camera or memory-card reader to both the hard drive and to Snapfish's Web site simultaneously — with a single click.

The software is available for free at Snapfish.com immediately and will be integrated into the company's PCs later in the summer, the company said.
