Warranty Conference Set For March

TAMPA, Fla. — ALG Associates will hold its third annual Warranty Chain Management (WCM) Conference here, March 13-15, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel.

According to ALG, an independent business and management consultancy headed by president Alison Griffiths, the conference series provides a forum for warranty professionals to meet, share best practices and discuss warranty related issues. It is intended to appeal to a diverse range of industries including consumer electronics and white goods, and attendant warranty service providers, servicers and call center management.

The theme of next year's conference will be "Warranty management in national and global environments." The registration fee of $1,275 includes access to all keynote speeches, track sessions, roundtable discussions, cocktail events. and two breakfasts and lunches, although early registration and group discounts are available.
