Criteria Opens Second Design Center

Naples, Fla. — Criteria, an A/V integration company based in Dania Beach, Fla., specializing in home theater and whole-house audio, lighting control and home automation products, hosted a grand opening last month for its new Naples, Fla. design center.
The event, dubbed “Challenge Your Senses,” was attended by over 200 local interior designers, builders, developers, and business and community leaders. Criteria's vendors lent a hand by displaying some of the latest technologies in A/V entertainment, some of which were unveiled to the public for the first time. Criteria's super-premium positioning was underscored by gourmet foods and wines, and a display of Aston Martin automobiles courtesy of the local dealer.
In a show of support for the community, a silent auction raised over $5,000 for the Education Foundation of Collier County, whose mission is to enhance learning for area children and their teachers. Another highlight of the event was the raffling of a Hewlett-Packard flat screen LCD HDTV with custom installation courtesy of Criteria.
The company is helmed by CEO Michael Silverman, and president (and Tweeter custom install veteran) David Tovissi. In addition to Criteria's traditional high-end integration work, the company also equips mega-yachts with automation and entertainment systems.
