Good Guys Plans March Move For Corp. Headquarters

SAN FRANCISCO -Good Guys is officially moving its corporate headquarters within the San Francisco Bay area from Brisbane to Alameda on March 5.
About 140 employees will occupy the new space, which encompasses 31,000 square feet and features open work spaces and a state-of-the-art computer operations center. The company said its new headquarters will allow it to take advantage of lower occupancy costs and will provide better chances of retaining an experienced work force.
The new location, approximately 15 miles from the company's distribution center in Hayward, Calif., is expected to reduce the Good Guy's annual corporate real estate costs by more than 50 percent.
