Milwaukee— Koss is offering its MV1 professional quality stereophone for home or studio use. The headphone features closed vinyl “pneumatic” ear cushions for improved isolation and maximum bass; adjustable, padded headband that is said to comfortably fit any head size; pivoting ear cups for single-sided listening and flat storage; coiled, single-entry 8-foot cord; and 3.5mm plug and 6.3mm adapter.

The unit, which has a suggested $179.99 retail, offers titanium-coated Mylar diaphragms and computer-optimized strontium ferrite magnet structures for deep bass and treble clarity. It has a dynamic element for extended frequency response and oxygen-free copper voice coils for signal clarity. Frequency response is 10Hz to 25,000Hz.
