Vantage Point, Peerless Ink Pact On Distribution

By Staff -- TWICE, 10/10/2005

New York — Audiovisual mounting solutions companies Vantage Point and Peerless Industries have announced the formation of a strategic distribution agreement by which the two will combine their strengths in the consumer and commercial markets to offer respective customers the strongest portfolio of mounting products, service and support available in the industry, the companies said.

The combination of Vantage Point's international reach and strong brand recognition in the retail market with Peerless' design and engineering proficiency, extensive manufacturing capabilities and training and technical support programs will enable both companies' resellers, installers and retailers to fulfill virtually any audiovisual mounting requirement, said the companies.

The distribution agreement between Vantage Point, based in Santa Fe Springs, Calif., and Chicago-based Peerless Industries is scheduled to go into effect in the first quarter of 2006.
