NABC Offers New UltraLast Battery/Charger Kit

By Staff -- TWICE, 9/26/2005

San Diego — The newest Ultra-Last-brand product from North American Battery (NABC) is a photo lithium smart charger and battery kit that comes with the UltraLast ULCR123RK smart charger and two UltraLast ULCR123R rechargeable photo lithium batteries.

The UltraLast kit is said to be an alternative to the traditional non-rechargeable CR123 lithium battery used in photo lithium applications.

The NABC smart charger can be plugged into any AC outlet to allow the rechargeable photo lithium battery to charge overnight. When the battery is fully charged, the indicator light on the charger will turn from red to green.

The kit also comes with two rechargeable ULCR123R batteries which have the ability to take up to 700 pictures per charge, and up to 500,000 pictures per battery. This means one rechargeable battery lasts longer than 375 non-rechargeable CR123 lithium cells, which equals a savings of over $1,800 per ULCR123R rechargeable battery, said NABC.

Suggested retail for the UltraLast charger and battery kit is $24.99.
