Tom Rogers, vice-chairman of TiVo's board since September 2003, joins the company full time as president/CEO. He replaces TiVo co-founderMike Ramsay. Prior to joining TiVo, Rogers was chairman/CEO of Primedia and, earlier, president of NBC Cable and executive VP of NBC where he led the creation of CNBC and the formation of the MSNBC partnership with Microsoft ... Carl Vogel, EchoStar's president from 1994 to 1997, has returned to the company in a full-time role as vice chairman and has named Michael A. Neuman as the company's new president and COO. Vogel had executive positions with Primestar, Star Choice, Charter Communications and Liberty Media since leaving EchoStar. Neuman, ex-president of Bell Canada Enterprises subsidiary Bell Mobility, fills a post that had been vacant for more than a year ... Claire Babrowski, formerly chief restaurant operations officer at McDonald's, joins RadioShack as executive VP/COO, responsible for channel operations, merchandising, marketing and advertising, retail services and real estate. She began her career working at a McDonald's at age 16 … Al Silverberg, president of Uniden America, has stepped down to “pursue a new business venture,” the company said.
