Phil Schoonover, most recently executive VP/customer segments, has left Best Buy after nine years. His segments team will now report directly to Best Buy Stores’ president Mike KeskeyRobert J. Pankratz, former president of Escient Convergence, has joined home automation company Control4 as sales VP... Tom Dennis, a 30-year electronics engineering veteran, has joined Russound as engineering director…Mark Karnes, ex-BDS Marketing, Motorola PCA and Alpine, named GM of the personal audio business unit at Shure… Stephen Graham has joined ServiceBench as VP/sales… Rene Henderson has joined Service Net in the new role of VP/risk management and business development, where she will help create specialty insurance programs…
