Directed To Supply New West Coast Customs Brand

VISTA, CALIF. — Directed signed an agreement with West Coast Customs, a leading vehicle customization facility, to co-develop a line of car A/V products to be marketed under the West Coast Customs brand. Directed is hoping to introduce the new line, which will likely be sold through Directed dealers, at SEMA in November.

JBL Launches Top Powered Amp

WOODBURY, N.Y. — JBL introduced a 3,000-watt, full-range version of its top-of-the-line A6000GTi subwoofer amplifier. Developed in conjunction with Crown, the new A3000GTi offers more power "than any full-range amplifier on earth," said the company. The A3000GTi is a two-channel amp that can be bridged to deliver power at any impedance. It is the only amplifier that can be both serial and parallel bridged, said JBL. The A3000 has a neon internal light to display inner components. Suggested retail price is $4,600.
