Pacor Named D&M President

TOKYO — D&M Holdings named Vic Pacor as president and COO of D&M Holdings effective Jan. 5, 2004.
D&M is the parent company of Denon, Marantz, McIntosh and the supplier of ReplayTV, Rio and Escient products.
Pacor, who will also hold the title of D&M representative executive officer, was a senior executive with Sony Electronics for 13 years, most recently as senior VP and chief marketing officer of Sony's North American subsidiary for consumer, broadcast and professional electronics.
He was also president of Sony's Home Network Product Co., the divisional company for home TV, audio, video and DVD. Before joining Sony, Pacor was senior VP of JVC's audio division in the U.S.
