Dawn Rhine has joined the Consumer Electronics Association as show director, replacing Donna Deutsch who left the group in August. Rhine, who will report to Karen Chupka, events/conferences VP for CEA, has directed trade shows for several industries over the past 15 years…Debbie Antrim, trade show manager for CEDIA, has been named trade show manager for the group replacing Don Gilpin who was promoted senior director of operations for CEDIA a year ago. Antrim worked with Gilpin on CEDIA EXPO 2003 this year… Data storage media maker Imation chairman/CEO Bill Monahan to retire by the end of 2004; a successor is being recruited.
