APC Ships 1/2-Inch High Travel Hub

West Kingston, R.I.— American Power Conversion (APC) is offering a USB 2.0 4-port travel hub, less than 1/2-inch in height, smaller than a business card and said to be ideal for the mobile traveler.
Called the USB 2.0 4-Port Travel Hub with Power, model 19501SG-1V, the product allows users to travel lighter and transfer data faster when on the go. It also offers cable management, which incorporates an attachment cable to prevent loss. The travel hub works with any USB device and allows users to connect at high speed with USB 2.0 devices.
The hub features backward compatibility to USB v1.1, self-powered operation and supports up to 480Mbps data transmission. It is available at a suggested $49.99.
