Coby Ships Super Thin Portable DVD Player

MASPETH, N.Y.— Coby Electronics has introduced an ultra-compact personal DVD player with a built-in 7-inch LCD screen.
The TFDVD7700 measures 8 by 6 inches and is 1-inch thick. Screen resolution is listed as 480 by 234 pixels. The unit also features two built-in speakers, composite video output and optical audio output, three power options, remote control and built-in easel stand.
The rechargeable battery features extended playtime. Accessories include two headphones and a headphone jack splitter, car travel and view bag, protective carry pouch, a/v connector cables, complete car kit with DC power converter and cassette/CD stereo system adapter.
The TFDVD7700 is shipping now at a $389 suggested retail price.
