Michael Smedegarrd, ex-Harman Europe, named Niles technology and engineering director …Gregory McManus, ex-sales VP/general manager for Whirlpool North America, has assumed additional responsibility for the company's customer care operations and Thomas Welke has been named VP/general manager for customer and appliance care.
