Ultralink's Cable Converts Composite To S-Video Format

Staff -- TWICE, 4/15/2002

Ontario, Calif.— Audio and home theater cables and interconnects maker Ultralink Products is shipping composite video to S-Video conversion cable in four lengths. The cable is being marketed under the company's Challenger line of retail products.

The cable houses a converter that changes composite video to S-Video, thus expanding the connection options for many video sources such as VCRs and cable boxes. These devices can be connected to audio receivers and preamplifiers, along with display devices that can only accept or have only S-Video type connections available.

The Ultralink Challenger Composite to S-Video is available in lengths of 1-, 2-, 4- and 8-meter lengths with suggested retails of $30, $35, $45 and $60, respectively.
