Canton Unveils 22 Speakers

Minneapolis— Canton has launched 22 new speakers, including a new series and two new home theater packages.
The new nine-SKU LE series consists of tower and bookshelf speakers, center channel, wall-hanging flat speaker and powered subs. The bookshelf models are priced at $350 and $500/pair. The two towers are $750 and $1,000/pair. The two-way wall-hanging speaker at $350/pair is 3.5-inches-deep.
Eight new models in the Ergo line include the company's new flagship, the Ergo RC-A with built-in 350-watt powered woofer. The Ergo models use a 7-inch aluminum midrange/bass driver. The series includes a $1,650 Ergo Movie speaker package with two-way satellites featuring 4-inch woofer and 1-inch tweeter.
Also new: Two new floorstanding models in the top-end Karat series at $2,200 and $2,700/pair, both with side-mounted woofers. The real-small Movie 5-CX system features two way speakers with 3-inch woofer and 0.5-inch tweeter at $699.
