Joe Clayton, who recently joined Sirius Satellite Radio as president/CEO (TWICE, p. 1, December 3, 2001), was appointed to the Electronic Industries Alliance board of governors and CEA's board. He was chairman of CEA in 1995 and 1996…Andy Wright, acting president of the Satellite Broadcasting and Communications Association of America (SBCA), named president, replacing Chuck Hewitt, who retired last August…Jeffrey Yapp has joined Cablevision Systems Corp. as group president of its retail division, which includes New York metro area CE chain The Wiz. Yapp, formerly president/chief operating officer of the Hollywood Entertainment video chain, will be responsible for all aspects of the The Wiz's operations…William Bast, ex-sales and marketing VP for Cybiko audio/video division, joins NYKO Technologies as VP sales.
