Gary Post Joins Almo Pro A/V

TWICE Staff -- TWICE, 1/18/2011

Philadelphia - Almo Professional A/V has hired AV sales veteran Gary Post as territory manager for the Mid-Atlantic sales region.

Due to the division's growth since its formation in June 2009, the addition of Post is the first of many new sales positions that Almo Professional A/V will fill this year, the distributor said.

"Gary is a highly accomplished executive sales professional with many years of experience in the AV industry and strong customer connections," said Sam Taylor, executive VP/COO for Almo Professional A/V.

In his new role, Post will spend a majority of his time in the field consulting with resellers and integrators on product selection, assisting with bids, facilitating training, and providing overall support to help Almo Pro A/V partners grow existing accounts and win new business.

Before Almo Pro A/V, Post spent almost a decade at AVAD, where he elevated the company's consumer electronics division as regional market leader. He also served as general manager at Audio Visions of Wilmington, N.C., where he established the company as the custom electronics installation experts. An entrepreneur, Post was owner of Cartronics and president of The Stereo Post.
