Sound FX Wins ICE Mystery Shopper

Swedesboro, N.J. - The In Car Experts (ICE) buying group announced the latest winner of its Mystery Shopper program.

Brian Layton of Sound FX in Lewes, Del., captured a score of 44 out of 50 points, ICE said. Sound FX will receive $200 thanks to Aamp of America. 

The Mystery Shopper program was first introduced in May as a way to help member dealers assess their staffs' phone skills. Every ICE store location is called every month, and employees are scored on the experience.
