Success Stories: Market Share Winners By Category

New York — With the recession winding down and the recovery kicking in (or so we hear), now is as good a time as any for some good news. TWICE’s annual Success Stories stem from data collected by The NPD Group, based in Port Washington, N.Y.

This year’s report details the top 10 SKUs for eight significant CE categories: flatpanel TVs measuring less than 40 inches, flat-panel TVs measuring more than 40 inches, d-SLRs, gaming accessories, netbooks, portable digital player docking speakers, smartphones and in-dash mobile navigation. All of the categories are based on U.S. unit sales July 2009 to June 2010.
