Harvey Joins Xantech As Sales Director

SYLMAR, CALIF. — Tom Harvey has joined Xantech, a provider of whole-house entertainment and automation systems, as sales director.
Harvey will be responsible for driving sales for Xantech and its dealer network by working closely with Xantech dealers, distributors and sales representatives, the company said in a prepared statement.
A 25-year veteran of the CE industry, Harvey was sales and marketing senior VP for Norcent Technologies from 2005 until late 2007. During this time, he also served on the exhibitor advisory board for International CES.
Most recently, Harvey was a partner in a retained executive search firm focusing on “C” level and board of director positions. From 1997 to 2004, Harvey was with Faroudja Laboratories as sales and marketing VP, and later GM.
Previous experience included nearly two decades with Sony Electronics, where he was president of audio products and president of the Sony Consumer Sales Company.
